Due to holiday closures, Palo Santo products purchased between December 15th and January 6th will be shipped after January 7th.
All orders are shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona. In-stock orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note, your order may encounter delays due to increased volume or weather which is out of our control.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All in-stock items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of shipping receipt. Please contact care@palosanto-decor.com to request a return authorization. Store credit or exchange will only be offered once the items have been received and inspected by a member of our team. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any return that is damaged or altered may not be accepted and returned to the client. All shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the client. We do not provide return labels or reimbursement for shipping costs.
PALO SANTO is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit - it is recommended that you insure and track your return through your chosen carrier.
Sale, made-to-order, and custom items are all final sale.
Any damaged or broken items must be reported to our team via email upon receiving. We will try our best to offer a replacement on the item if available.
We are proud to offer a curated collection of special pieces that have been shaped by both hand and nature. We believe in embracing the natural expression of organic materials and the unique characteristics of artisanal work. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we are unable to offer returns for inconsistencies in coloration, graining/patterns, or texture (including pits and fissures). Although we try our best to represent this in our product descriptions, such variations are to be expected.
LEAD TIMES & ORDER FULFILLMENT
Lead times reflect production time only and do not include transit time. Please note that lead times are approximate and subject to change. Should this be the case, we will notify you of any changes or delays to your order.
PALO SANTO is not responsible for any changes in customer shipping address during lead time production. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to update us of any changes that would affect the delivery of an order.
